Abstract
Shoulder is a key part of forming, filling and closing packaging machines, which has direct effect on packaging style, size and product quality.
The shaper would be affected by material shape(smooth or cylinder-shaped), bag-shaped models, molding methods and other factors, has a number of structural modality. Now commonly used shapers are: lapel-shaper, triangles- shaper, trunk-shaper, v-shaper, etc. Lapel which is widely used in forming various vertical bag packaging machine.
Base on the mathematical model of neckband curve and fringe curve of the lapel shaper, this paper analyses some exiting problem in traditional design, and gave a method to solve it. And by C language instead of the traditional calculation of calculation. And as a result, it enhances the efficiency and quality of the lapel shaper design.
