Paper packaging industry moves on rapidly, and recycled paper as a kind of green and environmental friendly material is becoming an important part of paper packaging. How to improve recycled paper’s processing technology to enhance the performance of recycled paper is the direction of this study.
In this experiment research ,we used the biological agent deinking made by Hangzhou Greenphile bioindustrial solution Co., Ltd. and did deinking experiment on domestic waste newspapers (ONP) and mixed office paper (MOW). We take flotation white as an indicator,deinking on a different dosage, pulper temperature, the size of the holding time and the time of the flotation,to determine the best conditions for the deinking technology.
During this study, We used the enzyme deinking agent provided by Hangzhou Greenphile Bioindustrial solution Co., Ltd. The results show as followings:
1. The enzyme produced by Hangzhou Greenphile bioindustrial solution Co., Ltd. shows an excellent deinking effect on waste paper and newspaper used for package.
2. Under the experiment condition,the best dosage of enzyme is 0.3 percent( oven dry pulp), appropriate temperature of fresh water is 60℃, the best dosage of chemical( oven dry pulp)is NaOH 0.8 percent and Na2SiO3 1.2 percent, EDTA 0.2 percent, H2O2 2.0 percent.
3. Under the experiment condition,the best condition of pulpifying is with tanks of 180 grams (dry pulp), temperature of 60℃, concentration of 12 percent, pulpifying time of 15 minutes(E1688 deinking for domestic ONP) or 50 minutes(E1696 deinking for 37#OMG).The holding time is 30 minutes, the temperature is 60℃ , pulp concentration of 5% after the pulpifying.
4.Under the experiment condition,the optimal flotation temperature will be 60 ℃, and pulp concentration of 1 percent, time of 4 minutes or 6 minutes(E1696 deinking for 37#OMG) and air entering speed of 10 L / min.
