Abstract: This article take the lauryl dimethyl phenmethyl ammonium bromide as the positive ion emulsifier, KOH is the catalyst, D4 is the monomer carries on the link siloxanes positive ion emulsion polymerization, based on this, in discussion kinetics of polymerization characteristic as well as polymerization process monomer proliferation rule. The findings indicated: Temperature increment, the polymerization speed increases, balanced conversion rate in 86%. The positive ion emulsifier and the KOH amount used increases, the polyreaction speed also increases, drops again to the certain extent. In addition, after when gets together starts, increases the emulsoid partical polymerization speed which dissolves micellar forms to be quick, the monomer density is low, the monomer bubble forms the emulsoid partical polymerization speed is slow, the monomer density is high, and along with polymerization advance, because proliferates the function, both density disparity changes is small, until achieves the state of equilibrium, both achieve the similar density.
