上市公司财务舞弊的方式及治理                                                             
 摘     要
 上市公司舞弊已经是一个世界性的难题，这种现象不仅在中国有，在美国有，在世界其他国家也有，而且越来越隐蔽、复杂、严重。二十世纪中叶以来，在西方发达国家中发生的上市公司会计舞弊案就屡见不鲜。因此，了解和防范上市公司的财务舞弊的行为将会使广大投资者，财务人员以及企业管理人员认识假账，了解假账，从而达到防范和根治假账的目的。本文从分析财务舞弊的危害入手，阐述了上市公司财务舞弊的各种方式，并分析其原因，最后提出了相关的治理措施，进而有效地完善我国现行会计标准和独立审计准则、改进财务报告、减少会计信息失真，从而有助于国民经济的健康快速发展。

The listed company financial fraud methods and management
                                            
 ABSTRACT
 The listed company fraud has a worldwide problem, this phenomenon not only in China, in the United States, in other countries in the world have, and getting concealment, complicated and serious. Since the middle of the twentieth century, in the western developed countries happens in every public company accounting event. Therefore, understanding and guard against the listed company's financial fraud behavior will make broad investor, financial personnel and enterprise management personnel know false account, understand the false account, thus achieved to prevent and eradicate false account purpose. This paper analyzed the harm of financial fraud and expounds the listed company financial frauds in many different ways, and analyze the causes, and finally puts forward the relevant management measures, thus effectively perfect our current accounting standards and independent auditing standards, improving the financial report, reduce the distortion of accounting information, which helps the national economy development.
