China construction industry cost control research
Abstract Large construction projects in China, huge investment, but the cost of construction project control is lagging behind. With the continuous deepening of reform, the gradual formation of market competition, production and management of construction enterprises have undergone profound changes, the project construction cost control is to determine the key to the competitiveness of the enterprise market, so the researchers to improve the construction project cost control on the enterprise market competition force is of great practical significance. This article on the current status of the construction project cost control analysis, that the main problem is the existence of perfect Zequan Li has not yet formed a combination of cost control system and the lack of the whole process of cost control. To solve these problems, this paper proposes to prepare the construction phase of project construction, construction and engineering phase of the whole process of completion and acceptance of cost control, and established a project manager at the core of the project cost control system, the center around cost control and reasonable Set control objectives, a clear responsibility for cost control, and decomposition and implementation responsibilities to the relevant units and individuals, and improve the construction project cost control methods, thus ensuring project control objectives. Paper combines the engineering analysis, the application of the project cost control has been studied, and earned value theory applied to the actual project cost control and going, and achieved good economic returns, verify the project established the feasibility and cost control system effectiveness.
