Abstract
The LabVIEW has the advantages of short period, high cost-effective, open and dexterity, and so on. So it is chosen to design the Temperature Control for Heater System.
The Temperature Control for Heater System is a closed-loop system. The collected data is changed to real temperature value. The setpoint of divides real temperature value as the input of PID controller, the output of PID controller is used to generate Pulse. The Pulse control the heater temperature.
The whole control system use data collector to collect data and generate Pulse, the middle links is completed by VI. The results of experiment certify the valid of design.
