Abstract
In this graduate design thesis, the content is the design of optical fiber vibrograph. It uses optical fiber sensor to measure the amplitude and frequency of vibrograph real-time. The device is an application system of SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) . This system is composed by optical fiber sensor, signal conditioning circuits(including signal amplifier、alternating-to-direct current converter、waveform converter) and SCM system(including A/D(Analog-to-digital converter)ADC0809 keyboard circuit、LED display circuit and restoration and clock circuit).
In this vibrograph, amplifier enlarges the faint signal from sensor; alternating-to-direct current converter transforms the alternating signal to direct signal; waveform converter transforms sine signal to square signal in order to realize the measurement of frequency; A/D converter transforms analog signal to digital signal that will displayed by T-segment LED.
In this graduate design, the program is alone using assemble language to realize the measurement of amplitude and frequency of vibration, thus realizing the function of optical fiber vibrograph.
