摘 要
射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技术,是一种利用射频通信实现的非接触式自动识别技术。它利用射频信号的空间藕合(交变磁场或电磁场)实现无接触信息传递并通过所传递的信息达到识别对象的目的。
基于MF RC500射频基站芯片和STC89C52单片机的射频卡读写器是射频识别应用系统的关键部件之一,本RFID系统的工作频率为13. 56MHz。本文首先介绍了RFID系统背景意义,然后描述了RFID系统的组成、工作原理及M1卡的内部结构、工作原理等,最后重点阐述了射频卡读写器的软、硬件设计。

The paper introduces the design of The radio frequency card reader based on MF RC500 radio frequency station chip and STC89C52 MCU and its remodulation with the carrier of 13. 56MHz. And then describes the RFID system, working principle and the internal structure of M1 cards, such as the working principle. Finally, focusing on RF card reader software and hardware design.
