Abstract
Bearing as one of the important mechanical industrial parts, it has many methods of assembling and heating is the most common one . While the use of Induction heating make it superier to other heating meathods, which makes this kind of assembling the best at Interference fits . A workable temperature sensor with good performance must be disigned, for the temperature should be transimitted and controlled precisely and showed accurately during the heating process of the bearing. The designed temperature sensor of this article is the Platinum PT100 temperature sensor, and we analysis the thermal capacity and the nonlinear’s impacts on temperature testing, and also proposed the parameter correction method. The whole sensor includes a PT100 sensor preamplifier, power storage, signal conditioning system, single chip A / D converter and liquid crystal display(LCD)of character type. This kind sensor has minimal deviation, stable electrical performance, small size, resistance vibration, high reliability, and also has the advantages of precision and dexterity, good stability, long operating life and convenient application.
