Switching Power Supply has many good features, a wide range of applications. Switching power supply in the process of design, development, testing and approved, it need to test a number of performance and technical indicators. Usually we can divide these tests into functional tests, the protection performance testing, security testing, electromagnetic compatibility testing, reliability testing, and other additional tests. This paper introduces the features of conventional tests, test items selected for the linear adjustment of the rate of testing, the output load regulation test, efficiency test, the output ripple voltage and noise testing, output over-current protection function test. Two methods: a manual based on the test apparatus, described in detail the definition of some of the test items as well as specific methods of operation, the provision of data records such as forms, manual test with a test flexible, accurate data, but test time-consuming, cumbersome process, efficiency is not high。This article, in view of the cumbersome manual testing of such shortcomings, in the text has been set up specifically to try base LabVIEW to build automated test system and introduce several key technologies about to build automated test. The automated test with a high efficiency, speed tests and so on. Finally, manual and automatic test system to test and test data, the results prove the feasibility of testing the system.
