Abstract
With the development of China's industry and agriculture,people's living standards have improved, combined with the sustainable development of society, the demand for automation equipment is increasing, DC motor control is a key part of automatic control. Using discrete components to control the motor is gradually phased out, there have two directions to develop, one direction is the control system strategy, and the other direction is the integrated control system, that is, a dedicated controller chip.
The design introduced the structure of the Double Loop DC Motor , principle, characteristics; presents a speed based on the 89C51 single-chip, current two-Loop DC Motor Control System Design and Implementation of the method. The DC converter is designed experimental system for the regulator to digital transformation. Single-chip dual-use systems and procedures for computing the closed-loop PI analog circuits instead of the original regulator to enhance the experimental equipment easy maintenance, high reliability, and also increased the flexibility of the system.
