Abstract
Alcohol concentration measurement plays an important role in the production process. It is most commonly to use single chip microcomputer to monitor the alcohol concentration in the industrial control fields.
This paper introduces an alcohol concentration monitoring system based on the SPCE061A, realizing monitoring the alcohol concentration. The principle of the system is : System measures the alcohol concentration of the alcohol manufacture workshop through MQ-2 gas sensor,the output of MQ-2 is magnified and sieved. Then the output is processed by the SPCE061A’s AD transition. Set the alcohol concentration parameter by the keyboard. When the alcohol concentration parameter preponderate over that we set, SPCE061A drive the loudhailer give an alarm and LED immediately shows the alcohol concentration. System is made up of five parts: measure alcohol concentration module, data acquisition module, keyboard input module, display module and alarm module. Measure alcohol concentration module is made up of MQ-2 which is a gas sensor. Data collection, processing modules mainly is made up of SPCE061A single chip microcomputer which can complete collecting and processing the alcohol concentration data. Keyboard input module is made up of 4*4 matrix keyboard. Show module is made up of LED.
The system analyses a series of anti-jamming measures aimed at the reliability and stability of the system.
