ABSTRACT
In a pharmaceutical medicine extraction system as the research object, a simplofied analysis and control model. For extracting temperature control units, pure and nonlinear characteristics of conventional lagging PID controller design and adaptive fuzzy PID controller, and to them were simulated. Simulation results show that by the conventional PID control certain overshoots, after a period of adjustment can achieve steady state, the basic control requirements can achieve too. In the same condition, the parameter self-setting fuzzy PID control overshoot and almost no time and adjust the rise time is short, and it has good robust stability, compared with conventiional PID it has very good performance.
