ABSTRACT:The brushless synchronous AC generator take on the merits such as the simple maintenance ,the high dependability not having the revolve contact conduct electricity part. Be applicable to flammability gas many powder and the automatization power station of nobody managing. The design of Brushless synchronous AC generator constitute of the main generator AC excitor revolve selenium rectifier and so on. This dissertation is focused on the theory of control design for AC excitor.
Firstly. This thesis introduces the summarize and developing trend of Excitation system of the Brushless synchronous AC generator.Then introduce the principle of work and the construction characteristic. This thesis calculates emphases the excitor circult of AC excitor .but the calculate of excitor circult must solve two problem: how to caculate the output AC phasic potential, phasic electric current and the capacity of AC excitor basing on the main generator direct current excitating voltage and direct current excitation current ;how to caculate the armature feedback, power factor and required ampere-turn of AC exciter.All that will be solved in the later chapter.In the end I explain the selecting installation and protection of the revolving rectifier element.
