Abstract The temperature test system that this paper discusses has special important significance in physics experiments, medical and health, food production and other fields, especially in the heat experiment. SCM is one of the goals that people pursue, and the convenience it brings is also not allowed to deny. Among them, the temperature test system is a typical example. The paper mainly discusses the measurement of the temperature of the hardware circuit and software design. The hardware electric circuit mainly comprises a main controller, a temperature measurement circuit, a signal conditioning circuit and display circuit, and so on. The working process is that through the analog conversion convert analog signals into digital signals then send them into the microcontroller to process and display. The display circuit uses 4 common anode LED digital tube to read directly with dynamic scanning method. The software design mainly includes the main program, the read-out temperature subroutine, temperature conversion order subroutine, the calculated temperature subroutine and subprogram display data, and so on. Finally, through the combination of hardware and software, design a temperature test system in the measurement range of 0℃- 100℃. Keywords AD590 STC11F04E LTC1298
