ABSTRACT
A sensorless speed measurement system of DC motor based on LabVIEW was proposed. Only a National Inst ruments data acquisition card is needed , with graphic programming by LabVIEW , the rotation speed of a DC motor can be measured and its data can be displayed on the PC screen. the error is less than 1 percent except in lower speed range.
The paper introduces the features, composition and development and the status of virtual instruments. And briefed the LabVIEW Profiles and operation mechanism. Then this paper give a method of the strcture which is a speed measurement system of DC Motor in the LabVIEWThe Structure that the system of the experimental used was “Sampling circuit+DAQ Card +Computer”. you will design this system with a patform which is developed by the company of NI in the USA
