ABSTRACT
The system of the ultrasonic liquid level detection uses the principle of ultrasonic sensing technology. It can be achieved on the industrial system or material bit of liquid level detection,and the ultrasonic wave has a good direction and beam shot. The ears of human can not hear the ultrasonic wave, so human will not be harmed. The detect of construction is convenient, fast and easy to do real-time controlling. And the accuracy can satisfy for the requirements of practical industry. So there is a wide range of applications. The ultrasonic sensor has a simple structure, small size, reliable signal processing features, more rapid detection, convenient and simple computation and easy to do real-time controlling.
This article described an ultrasonic liquid level measurement method. It used the temperature compensation and the correction of sound velocity to get the actual speed of ultrasound. And it used C51 interruption function to achieve the precise timing of ultrasonic transmission process. The overall system design and software design of ultrasonic liquid level meter has been improved. It compared to temperature compensation type calibration methods. This method simplified the system structure, improved accuracy, more stable performance, which was the new direction of development.
