随着计算机网络技术的不断发展和普及以及计算机数据库技术的不断提高,制造业企业不能够局限于手工计算和简单的生产计划制定,ERP系统是在先进的企业管理思想的基础上,应用信息技术实现对整个企业资源的一体化管理系统,是大型现代企业管理中不可或缺的有力管理工具,是企业现代化和信息化程度的重要标志。
本文主要介绍了我国制造业的现状和存在的问题,基于这个提出了ERP系统,分析了ERP系统相比于传统的手工和管理方式所带来的优势,ERP系统基于C/S三层结构,采用采用了Borland 的MIDAS 技术实现将数据集从服务器上的TTable 或TQuery对象转移至客户端的TClientDataSet 对象,简单介绍了ERP系统组成的主要的子系统,以及各个子系统所起的作用。着重讲解了利用Delphi6和SQL Server 2000开发工具设计与实现计划管理系统的方法。还介绍了数据库表单的组成方式和简单的关联关系。
本文是根据客户需求进行设计和实现的,不仅阐述了制造业在计划管理系统的系统总体结构和生产经营方式,还阐述了实现该系统主要的SQL脚本,以及Delphi6前台数据参数的传入和界面的设计。
