Lead-acid battery is widely used in many areas. As a twice-used chemical energy, it has many advantages in the cost, the stable performance and the clean energy than the other chargers, and with the sustainable development of charger, it is fairly mere in the charger’s area. It is more than 100 years with the development of the lead-acid battery, while it is good for research and study.
This paper is started from the lead-acid battery chargers and the marker demand for the protective devices of the electric discharge, having full analysis of the lead-acid battery chargers and the protective devices of the electric discharge based on the theories. In order to make better use of the lead-acid battery, we can have a research on the key technology of the lead-acid battery such as the charger, electric discharge, the life of battery and the lost of the capacity.
