A Brief Discussion on the Meaning and Law Relief of Administrative Guidance
Abstract: The administrative guidance in contemporary economic development plays an important role. In our country, because of the lack of law and some problems in practice, administrative guidance is unable to play their due role, even goes against the law and misuses administrative guidance. Only further standardizing the administrative guidance system, strengthening the legislature on administrative guidance, and improving the system of legal redress, we can protect human rights.
