THE INVESTIGATION OF SPORTSWEAR’S SALESMEN BASING ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Abstract:Along with the development of market economy, especially after our country take part in WTO, the Homogeneous competition in the same competition brand become obviously. The development of market competition and variety of consume idea makes customer of sportswear ask for service improving and different individuation need. This thesis bases on customer satisfaction, the investigation object are the mainland sportswear brand and the foreign sportswear brand, investigating the salesmen’s specialty in sportswear brand, and analyze the difference between them to improve the mainland sportswear brand.
