Abstract
The thesis takes the problem of Adlink Corporation’s performance eva luation system as the starting point, comprehensively analyzes the status and existing problems of performance eva luation, and puts forward that Adlink Corporation needs to re-design the existing performance eva luation system. The thesis firstly analyzes the shortcomings of the existing performance eva luation system from the process and methods of performance eva luation. Then find out the reasons for these problems, combined with the related theory and eva luation process, along with the problems in the practical application of performance eva luation to. Then design KPI performance appraisal system and 360-degree performance eva luation system. Finally, according to the existing problems, give some advice to Adlink Corporation.
