Inventory phenomenon in real life is a widespread phenomenon, inventory control is an important enterprise content management. The current domestic many enterprises widespread shortage of liquidity covers a lot. However, the enterprise's material reserve funds are the main reason they occupy too high. Relevant data show that the average enterprise reserve funds for the occupation of the total current assets of nearly 40%. Therefore, in order to ease the liquidity shortage enterprises, improve the utilization of funds of enterprises, enterprises must adopt advanced scientific inventory management methods to enhance their inventory planning and control.
