ABSTRACT
In this paper, taking Wen Zhou Yuanda logistics co,.Ltd.as the example, We can find a lot of problems in Wen Zhou Yuanda logistics co,.Ltd. As confusing organizational structure, rights and responsibilities is not clear, behind the level of human resource management, lack of risk awareness, has not the high efficiency and so on. So I am to address the shortcomings of its existence, using the theories of internal control issues effectively on its analysis, its management and operation of the status quo on the question of the existence of study, summed up a solution.
The first chapter discussed the selected topic background, significance and the content studying.
The second chapter summarized the logistics enterprise internal control theory as well as the efficiency research.
The third chapter discussed the ambitious logistics of WenZhou City company general situation, optimized the company inside problems under the control of environment, reinforced Human Resource Management by building the KPI achievement effect, perfected it's the inside of building-up risk estimate that manages.
The forth chapter improved the efficiency of the company, cought out the necessity on efficiency of ambitious company, started with the aspect such as closing scale, perfecting informationism administration expanding the scale of the inside management.
The fifth chapter summarized and the forecasted for the present paper.
