ABSTRACT
Since reform and opening up, especially after the 15th Party Congress, small and medium enterprise economy has entered a stage of sustainable development. Whether in employment or absorbed in the creation of value, profits and taxes, and so on, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an important role and become an important part of the national economy. However, small and medium-sized enterprises in China's overall strength is not strong, the overall low level of technology, but also the lack of participation in domestic and international market competitiveness. How to enable small and medium enterprises faster and better development of our country is facing an important topic. With increased competition between enterprises, information quickly and accurately transfer has become increasingly important.
