Along with electron science and technology swift and violent development, electronic products in the defense industry, agriculture, commerce and scientific research civilian applications and so on are more and more , market competition has become fiercer. The reliability is a product completes function one kind of ability which requests in the stipulation time, under these tipulation conditions. Modern electronic products contain a lot of the digital circuit is particularly sensitive to electromagnetic interference, more and more many CPU is inserted to the product, then can easily lead to reduced reliability of electronic products, or even failure. Reliability is the basic requirement of electronic products, could not achieve the reliable request the product basically is equal to the waste product. The electronic products reliable involving a wide range area, it is a complex systems engineering. The electronic products system whether reliable running is key decided by the product reliable reasonable system design, product standard production and post-natal examination. This can greatly reduce the failure rate of electronic products operation, improve its reliability. This article briefly summarizes the research and practice situation of electronic products in reliability analysis, to analyze the pros department, and proposes the reliability analysis method based on mathematical statistics. Using this method to carry on the application in the electronic products design, manufacturing and testing, and proposes the way stage of improvement reliable.
