摘  要

 随着WTO的深入和各项经济政策的放开，我国正日渐成为跨国企业全球战略部署的关键.目前，发达国家全社会物流成本占GDP的比重一般保持在10%左右。而根据调查，我国全社会物流成本占GDP的比重，自1998年降到21.4%以来，连续7年上下徘徊， 2004年仍为21.3%，2005年我国物流费用原占GDP的21％，经济普查调整后约占GDP的18.6％，虽然产业结构有所不同，但从一个侧面也反映了中国物流的粗放与落后。同时随着我国市场经济体制的逐步规范和招标、比较采购等新型采购供应方式在制造企业的普遍实施，原材料进货已透明化，一般说来原材料采购成本占产品成本的60-70%，加上外委外协约占75%左右，成本下降空间不大，专靠供应商竞争来降低成本已不是最佳选择。因此业内资深专家预言，在新世纪，谁掌握了物流与配送，谁就赢得了市场。随着知识经济的兴起和发展，企业的物流配送运用知识管理原理，在分析物流企业知识管理重点的基础上，提出在知识经济的21世纪，我国物流企业需要通过先进信息管理技术，逐步实行知识编码化、建设与完善企业的知识网络以及改造企业组织结构，才能进一步提高物流服务质量、高效配置资源、实现智能化物流的观点，旨在为实现我国物流企业的现代化管理、提高经济效益提供新的途径。
