ABSTRACT
Under the inexorable trend of economic and market globalization, some trades in our country such as chemical industry, steel, etc. have to face the severe competition situation and go through the demand for development of existence of the far-reaching change and change the thinking of modern management in conformity with trend, set up modern management idea, introduce the decision-making mechanism of modern management, improving the key competitiveness. All of these have already become enterprise's most urgent requirement and opportunity. To observe the world development trend to produce management mode certainly will obtain enterprise behavior from individual event to the optimization of the integration change. The enterprises realized that the global optimization of three major functions such as plan，organize and control are the difficult and important point for enterprises to realize their business goal and obtain competitive advantage. Manufacturing Execution System is mainly used for solving the disconnection problems during the course of Enterprise Resource Planning and Process Control System. This question not merely influences the production efficiency of enterprises directly for a long time，but also become and restricts and supply the bottleneck that the chain optimize inside modern enterprises between information integration and enterprise.
