摘 要
现代物流的标志是第三方物流的出现,第三方物流是专门从事物流活动的专业组织,为生产和流通部门提供服务。物流企业发展现代物流的障碍来自两方面,首先是难以逾越的体制性障碍,所有的物流要素被政府部门所分割,没有一个统一的物流市场,现代物流企业根本不可能发展。其次,中国企业“小而全、大而全”的问题没有根本解决,企业的经营观念没有根本改变。因此,物流企业很难获得独立,第三方物流并不为企业所理解和接受。随着我国经济的进一步发展,经济全球化进程的加快和我国加入WTO后,社会生产、流通、消费方式的改变,以及当前运输市场的激烈竞争。向现代物流发展,寻求新的发展空间和利润增长点已成为货运代理企业当前一项紧迫的战略任务。
本论文首先简要地阐述了本选题的意义及创新点。其次提出第三方物流的基础理论。然后分析货代企业发展现状及问题,论述中外货运代理企业发展产业环境。再通过SWOT分析法提出杭州一运集团发展第三方物流的战略。最后为论文的结论。

ABSTRACT
The sign of modern logistics is the appearance of the third party logistics the third party logistics is the organizations focusing on logistics activity, they provide the logistics service to manufacturing and circulating company. The obstacles of logistics companies developing into modern logistics companies come from two aspects。First is the outdated system,all the logistics factors are divided by the centre government The uniform logistics market still doesn't get into shape It is impossible for the traditional logistics transform to modern logistics。Second is that companies do everything is still not solved. The idea of management is still not changed。Thus the logistics companies are hard to manage independently。The third part logistics is difficult to be understood and accepted。As China's economy sharp increases and the entrance of WTO, causing the way of produce, circulating and consume changed。Together with the drastically competency of transportation market。So it is an urgent strategy for the company to transform to modern logistics Freight Forwarding Corporations’ and look for new growing space and find new benefit-supporting。
This paper first briefly explained the significance of the topics and innovation. Second, the basic theory proposed third-party logistics. Then analyzed the situation and freight forwarding business development issues, discuss the development of industry and foreign freight forwarding business environment. SWOT analysis and through a transport group made the development of Hangzhou, third party logistics strategy. Finally the paper concluded.
