ABSTRACT
With the development of economic, the environment has gradually become a competitive factor between businesses. Whether the product is green will have a direct effect on the competitiveness of enterprises and even the survival, however, unilateral environmental management is not sufficient as a comprehensive solution to the contradictions between market and enterprises. Environmental management and integrated supply chain management research, systematic, and fully explore new business model of development, will alleviate the problem of environment and development, achieving supply chain business and the goals of sustainable development of human society has an important practical significance. At the same time, with the emergence of food safety issues increasing, more and more concern to consumers on the safety of their own, enterprises are also getting higher and higher requirements, how to achieve the application of green supply chain in the food industry is necessary to be solved. The purpose of this paper is the introduction of green supply chain management and how to achieve the green supply chain in the food industry. Described by study on selection and eva luation of suppliers and the recycle. But the application of green supply chain in the food industry is not much, so through this paper, I hope, the study of green supply chain especially in food industry can play an important role.
The paper’s structure includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter mainly describes the theory of Green Supply Chain and Application Status. The third chapter describes the characteristics of the food industry and the status in food industry supply chain. The fourth chapter tells the applications of green supply chain in food industry and the election of eva luation of supplier selection system. The fifth chapter is to tell the food industry supply chain green recycling. The last part is the summary of the food industry and the application of green supply chain Outlook.
