This article took the Beijing Jianghe Curtain Wall Co. ,Ltd as an example, in the foundation of summarizing the predecessor's research to the construction curtain wall company logistics correlation theories, described the background about the Beijing Jianghe Curtain Wall, analyzed its logistics constitution, proposed some questions, including the procurement questions, the stock and the distribution questions, the logistics informationization questions and the supply chain management questions existing in the company's logistics developing process, using the theory and the method of the logistics and the supply chain management and unifying with the company's actual situation, target-oriented proposes four aspect solutions including the strategic partnership and the global procurement, union solution of the stock and the distribution questions, constructing company's logistics information center and strengthening the supply chain management consciousness.
