Title: Analysis of the influence of health educationon breast on cancer patients’quality of life ABSTRACT Objective To analyze the influence of health education and nursing intervene on breastcancerpatients’quality of life(QOL) Methods 58 breast cancer patients after radical operation were divided into the observing group(30cases)and the control group(28cases) randomly.the observing group were accepted health education and nuring intervene.the control group used normal nusing and health education.Comparing the difference of the score of the two group’s qulity of life after the healthy education.. Result 73.33% patiens of the observing group (22cases) had better quality of life ,while the control’s were only 25%(7cases),the difference was significant(P<0.01).Except tired,pain,family comprehend and colleague comprehend, the other aspect of QOL(appetite,spirit,sleep,kowledge of cancer,attitude of treatment,side effect,condition of daily life and the look of face) of the observing group were all perior to the control group and the difference was significant. Conclusions Systemetic health education could effectively improve the breast cancer patients’quality of life, and could offer valuable experience to clinical nursing.
