Title: Perioperative patients with esophageal cancer nursing care
ABSTRACT
Objectives: To evaluate nursing care in the perioperative period in patients with esophageal cancer effect and significance. Methods: In February 2010 July 2011 implementation of esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital and 65 surgery patients for the study were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Both groups received the same treatment regimens and clinical basis for care. Experimental group according to characteristics of the implementation of targeted individual patient nursing care, routine care control group by your doctor to compare two groups of patients in the hospital for treatment and care with the degree of psychological anxiety, incidence of postoperative complications, satisfaction with the quality of care . Results: The group with the degree of satisfaction was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Experimental group, the psychological anxiety, post-operative complications than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: nursing care to the perioperative period of the disease in patients with effective intervention, can improve the treatment of patients with the degree, reduce anxiety, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve satisfaction with the quality of care in clinical nursing can be widely used.
