Methods:March 2008 ~ March 2010 in our hospital (Jilin Chinese Medicine Hospital) orthopedic treated over 76 cases of 60-year-old patients with displaced femoral neck fractures were followed up study, 76 cases will the Court of femoral neck fracturespatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 38 cases, the control group using traditional methods of nursing education; observation group were hospitalized on the basis of the clinical development path for health care and education, compared two groups of patients hospital stay, satisfaction andcomplications. Results:The number of days in the hospital group, satisfaction and complications were better than the control group.
