Title:Psychological care in elderly hypertensive of patients ABSTRACT Objective: Hypertension is the world's major diseases that threaten human health, is one of coronary heart disease, stroke, heart failure and renal failure are important risk factors, the prevalence rate increased year by year. At present, China 130 million hypertensive patients, older patients accounted for 25% to 35%, and has a morbidity, mortality, morbidity is high and awareness, the characteristics of the control rate. Therefore, systematic hypertension, while the full range of diagnosis and treatment of Holistic Nursing, patients with anxiety conditions conducive to the improvement and compliance with the stability of blood pressure, slow down the heart, brain, kidney and other target organ damage, to avoid the occurrence of adverse events, to improve the quality of life of patients is important, the purpose of this study is to explore the mental health of elderly patients with hypertension problems for elderly patients with hypertension provide evidence of clinical and psychological care. Methods: Taierzhuang District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City in February 2008 -2009 128 cases in July in elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into treatment group and combined therapy group, 64 cases of psychological intervention group, 33 males and 31 females; Age 65 ~ 83 (73.4 ± 6.9) years; blood pressure (142 ~ 172) / (92 ~ 112) mmHg. Control group, 64 patients, 34 males and 30 females, aged 67 ~ 80 (72.2 ± 6.5) years; blood pressure (141 ~ 170) / (97 ~ 113) mmHg. 2 groups for age, sex, blood pressure levels were not significantly different (P all> 0.05). Group 2 patients on the situation analyzed. Results: ① The effect of combined therapy group was significantly higher than the treatment group; ② two groups of patients at admission was no statistically significant psychological barriers (P> 0.05); ③ Drug Compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than control (P <0.01 .) ④ The two groups were decreased overall blood pressure. But the nursing group compared with the control of blood pressure continued to drop significantly, P <0.01. Conclusion: The implementation of psychological care in elderly hypertensive patients can improve clinical efficacy, for clinical reference.
