As one of the application software, Bank CRM system makes use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and statistic. It primarily implements two basic functions: one is adding, detecting, modifying and querying the customer basic information. According to the analysis, this design applies the technology of PowerBuilder, which is produces by the famous Sybase Company. It is the manufacturer of database application tools. Meanwhile, it also applies ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) and SQL (Structured Query Language) Server. Using PowerBuilder Language is able to provide diversified Object Oriented developing tools , which can also implement the functions expediently and laconically.
