摘要
 行政管理在现代的社会关系中十分重要。在现代的中小型企业中利用计算机软件来进行日常行政管理的做法已经非常常见，随着IT产业的发展，涌现出了许多有效的行政管理软件，这些软件在企业的行政管理工作中发挥了很大的作用。笔者结合自己的专业和在学习中掌握的知识，设计与开发了一套具有一般日常行政管理功能的MIS系统。本系统前端开发采用Visual Basic 6.0，后台数据库系统则采用SQL Server 2000作为开发工具。本系统从企业的实际需求出发，简单易用，系统界面友好美观，自定义功能强，权限管理可根据用户的角色来设置，实施简单快速，操作简单明了。基本适用于中小型企业的行政办公管理。

ABSTRACT
 Administration is very important in modern social relationship. In the modern small and medium enterprises, use computer software to conduct day-to-day administration management is very common, with the development of the IT industry, emerged in a lot of effective administration management software, and played a significant role in the administration of enterprises. I combine my professional and knowledge, design and development a general MIS system. Front-end development of the system using Visual Basic 6.0, background database system is used SQL Server 2000 as a development tool. The system from the actual needs of enterprises, easy-to-use, the system UI friendly, custom-function, according to rights management can be set up to the user's role, implementation rapid and simple, and operation clear and simple. Meet to the small and medium enterprises’ administrative office management.
