摘要

 大部分校园新闻发布平台是采用静态方式发布和管理信息，随着信息面的逐渐扩大，网站需更新的内容愈多。为使校园新闻发布平台能够更好的达到要求，本课题利用动态技术创建一个校园新闻发布平台。
 本系统利用JSP + Tomcat +Struts框架+ SQL Sever 2000开发校园新闻发布平台。通过开发此系统，主要探讨了利用JSP和Struts框架技术开发网站新闻发布平台，实现动态管理站点新闻，并生成静态新闻版块和新闻页面。本系统采用动静结合的方式使得对新闻的管理更加及时、高效。本文主要分析了JSP语言的优点与不足，介绍了Struts框架基本组成、配置及工作流程，讲述了本系统的开发原理、功能特点，提供了一套比较完善的校园新闻发布平台开发方案。

ABSTRACT

 Most existing Campus News Broadcasting Platform is based on static way to distribute and manage information. But with the gradual expansion of information，the  updated content is increasing. So it is necessary to use dynamic technology to create dynamic platform. 
 JSP，Tomcat，Struts framework and SQL Sever 2000 is used in this platform. In detail, it mainly make use of JSP and Struts framework. In my platform, combination technology of static and dynamic is used to manage information more timely and efficiently. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantage of JSP language and basic framework of Struts are analyzed. What is more, the principles and features of this system are described. In a word, a set of fairly perfect scheme of Campus News Broadcasting Platform are mainly introduced in this paper.
