摘要
 指纹考勤管理系统是利用指纹识别仪和计算机系统实现考勤登记和考勤管理的一个MIS系统。现代企业管理制度需要一个科学、高效的管理方法，对于员工的考勤管理是企业管理制度的重要组成部分。利用指纹的唯一性彻底根除考勤中存在的虚假现象，方便地实现考勤管理，体现了考勤管理的公正，正确高效地提供考勤信息[1]，为企业的日常管理提供了科学的依据，提高了企业的管理效率。
 本系统采用JZT-969A 指纹仪采集指纹信息，采用Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0工具开发了MIS系统，后台数据库采用Microsoft  SQL Server 2000技术。

ABSTRACT
 Fingerprint Attendance Management System is a MIS system which use fingerprint recognition and computer systems  to achieve attendance registration and attendance management. Modern enterprise management system needs a scientific and efficient management methods, the management of staff attendance is an important part of enterprise management system .Using uniqueness of fingerprints  completely eradicate the phenomenon of false  in attendance, easy to achieve Attendance Management reflects that the attendance is fair, correctly and effectively  provide information  of attendance, provide a scientific basis for the daily management of enterprises, improve the management efficiency of the enterprise.
 In this  system ,using JZT-969A Fingerprint Identification to collect fingerprints information,  and  using  Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 to develop this  program, Microsoft  SQL Server 2000 is its  Background database.
