人事管理在整个企业的管理中占据重要地位,它合理的分配人力资源及正确的考核员工,提高了企业的工作业绩。然而传统的人工管理文件档案,维护考勤登记等人事信息的方式,既慢又分散,已经不能满足时代的需求。运用计算机进行人事管理,它适应现代企业制度要求,推动企业人事管理走向科学化,规范化和自动化。
人事管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括前台应用程序的开发以及后台的数据库建立和维护两个方面。本系统借鉴了成熟的管理信息技术,选择C/S模式,采用Delphi 7.0作为界面和功能的开发工作和SQL Server 2000作为后台数据管理。
经测试系统运行稳定,操作方便,维护简单,用户界面良好,能满足人事管理的要求,可以有效的提高企业人事管理的工作效率。

ABSTRACT
Advanced enterprise strategies come from appropriate human resource assembly and reasonable personnel assessment, which are two main parties in personnel management. However, traditional human handed profile management of personnel attendance or salary calculation is so inefficient and disorder. It can not keep pace with the fast development of enterprise modernization. Therefore, computerized personnel management will improve clerks’ work efficiency dramatically. Meanwhile, it meets the need of current enterprise working system and become An Achilles Heel of personnel management to prevent moving towards scientific, standardization and automation.
Personnel management system is a typical management information system. It includes client-end application development and server-end database establishment and maintenance. This paper provides the personnel management system bases on C/S model referenced by well-developed management information technology. It adopts Delphi 7.0 as the developing tool of interface and function and uses SQL Server 2000 as database to maintain and process background data.
This personnel management system takes advantages in stable running, convenient operating, easy maintenance and friendly user interface. It hits the target on satisfying personnel management needs and enhancing work efficiency.
