社区卫生服务的管理软件设计

摘要
 本课题主要设计一个有关社区卫生服务的管理软件，它是应国家对社区卫生的重视而开发的及预防控制，卫生监督，医疗救治与一体的新兴应用软件。
 结合了“六位一体”的宗旨（包括基本医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育指导）,软件分为系统管理、健康档案、健康体检、妇幼保健、慢性病管理、数据维护等六大模块。软件的功能不但包含居民日常的医疗保健，而且在慢性病的防治随访上都有很大的作用。信息平台一体化后，将以人为中心、家庭为单位、社区为范畴，全程、连续、综合、安全的服务模式，将居民健康、社区服务的日常事务管理有机地融为一体。
 本课题主要对各大模块（健康档案、健康体检、妇幼保健、慢性病管理、数据维护等）的构建与建立展开比较详尽的描述，运用.net等技术对其界面以及代码进行搭建处理等等。

Abstract
 The main topic expounded on a community health service management software , It is the state of community health development and the importance of prevention and control , health surveillance, medical treatment and integration of new application software.
 Combines the "six one" (Including basic health care, prevention, care, rehabilitation, health education, family planning guidance),the purpose of the software depart into systems management, health records, physical examination, maternal and child health, chronic disease management, data maintenance six modules. Software functions include not only the daily medical care, but also in the prevention of chronic diseases have followed up on the great role. Information integration platform, will be people-centered, family-based, community areas, thorough, continuous, integrated, security service model, the health of residents, community service the day-to-day management of affairs organically integrated.
 The main topics of major modules (health records, physical examination, maternal and child health, chronic disease management, data maintenance, etc.) Construction started with the establishment of a more detailed description,．Use. Net technologies to its interface and code structures to deal with and so on.
