Abstract
As WTO accession and the rapid development of China's industries, in order to seize the opportunity in the competition ,as a production enterprice,an essential Important Links is to expand the size of enterprise, and come with the expansion of enterprise scale, the Distributed enterprise operation, a single corporate governance is easy, but the management of distributed enterprise is more difficult. The development of distributed enterprise management information system that is the meaning of the macro level, that is, information of the times, the trend of modernization, enhance efficiency, promote economic structural optimization; also the significance of micro that can improve the management of the modernization process, strengthen management means of information, improve efficiency, increase in unit effectiveness.
