摘 要 
 报告管理系统是用来记录病人的基本信息，及对病人检查结果的记录的管理信息系统。通过应用报告管理系统，不仅能够做到病人信息资源的共享，而且也能够节约资源，降低医疗成本，更为重要的是实现了医院管理的规范化。
 本文首先通过文献调研讲述了报告管理系统的由来，接着对报告管理系统的概念作了简单的描述，及其它的功能。然后通过对报告管理系统中三个模块的分析，进行系统的设计与实现。
 本文共分三部分：
 第一部分对报告管理系统的由来进行阐述。
 第二部分结合用户需求，对报告管理系统进行描述及对模块进行分析。
 第三部分在分析的基础上对报告管理系统的模块进行详细的设计与实现。
 本文通过对报告管理系统中三个模块的分析、设计与实现，能够完成医院管理信息系统中对医疗设备与病人症状关键字的添加与修改。

ABSTRACT
 Reporting System is a kind of information management system for recording patients of basic information and the results of examination. Hospital can share the information resource of patients and save other resource with the use of Reporting System. It helps hospital fulfill standardization of management.
 This article first describes the origin of Reporting System by investigating. then describes the concept of the System and its function. At last realization to the system with analyzing three module of the Reporting System.
 The article consists of the following three parts:
 The first part, summarizes the origin of Reporting System.
 The second part, combined with the demand of the user, describes the concept of the system and analyzes the module of the system.
 The third part, finishes the detailed design and fulfills the function of the module on the basic of the analyzing to the system.
 The article finishes the module with analysis, detailed design and fulfillment of the Reporting System. It can add and modify the medical treatment device or the keyword the of symptom in the hospital’s management information system.
