在办公自动化蓬勃发展的背景下,本文结合中小型企业的需求分析,采用B/S设计模式,设计了中小型企业的办公自动化系统。同时介绍了办公自动系统发展以及现状。本文对用户主要需求作了详尽的分析,系统分析与设计遵循了软件工程的原则,首先对基于JSP的办公自动化系统进行了可行性论证,在对用户需求作了详尽的分析之后,实现系统的总体开发规划。按照总体设计、详细设计,逐步完成系统建模并最终实现系统,本文重点分析了办公自动化的功能特点,同时提出更适合目前中小企业办公自动化的功能并加以实现。分析了前台管理模块和后台管理模块的实现。系统的开发选择了JSP+JavaBean+Servlet,客户端脚本采用java script,以SQL Server 2000 作数据库管理系统。

In the context of development in the Office automation boom, using B / S mode, base on the needs analysis of Small or Medium Enterprises. In this article, this Office automation system Designed for Small or Medium Enterprises, also, it introduced the office automated systems development and the Status. In this article, it made a detailed needs analysis for the users. Analysis and design followed the principles of software engineering. Firstly, do the feasibility Verification for this office automation system, after made a detailed analysis for user needs, make an overall development plan for this system. According to the overall design and the detail design, gradually completed the system modeling and implement the System, In this article, the important point is an analysis of office automation functions. Meanwhile made more suitable to the present office automation functions and to achieved, and made an analysis of the disaster management module and the background management module. System Development chose JavaBean + JSP + Servlet, Client script using java script, SQL Server 2000 for database management systems.
