摘要

 本文论述了酒店餐饮管理系统开发的全过程。酒店餐饮管理系统是以绍兴福临名家大酒店为蓝本的，从分析该酒店的基本情况入手，进行系统的可行性分析，通过分析福临名家大酒店的日常业务，了解该酒店的管理特点，企业特色和存在的问题，在此基础上，进行详细的系统分析，得出系统功能结构图，再通过系统设计，系统实施等环节，最终开发出能够满足该酒店业务需要的餐饮管理系统。
 本系统的功能分为：1）前台管理 2）财务管理 3）员工管理 4）基础信息管理 5）数据初始化 6）系统管理六个部分。主要突出开台，结帐和员工管理这3个功能。基本满足了该酒店的日常运作需要，提高了效率，在激烈的竞争中取得了优势。

ABSTRACT

 This paper discusses the Hotel Restaurant Management System as a whole. Hotel Restaurant Management System is famous Shaoxing Fulin Hotel modeled, from the analysis of the hotel, the basic work backwards. for the feasibility analysis, analysis Fulin famous Hotel on the day-to-day operations, to know the management of the hotel features enterprise characteristics and problems, this again, based on detailed analysis, the system functions drawn chart through the system design, system implementation, etc., eventually developed to meet the operational needs of the hotel restaurant management system.
 The system functions include : 1) The Future Management 2) Financial Management 3) Staff Management 4) Basis of information management 5) Data initialization 6) System. Mainly highlights the pioneers, billing and management staff three functions. Meeting the basic needs of the hotel's day-to-day operations and raising the efficiency of the fierce competition an advantage.
