本课题主要研究人事管理系统的设计与实现,并采用Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003动态网页技术实现了一个小型人事管理系统。随着现代企业制度的建立以及社会经济的高速发展,加强人力资源的有效管理和运作已成为企业提高竞争力的重要手段。 在研究国内外人力资源管理系统发展和Web技术的基础上,提出了一个实用的人力资源管理系统结构以及绩效考核算法,系统包括8个模块:部门登记、人事基本信息管理、培训管理、请假管理、薪资福利管理、奖惩登记、留言板、系统维护。系统主体采用B/S结构。
本系统实现了对人事管理各项工作及相关信息的全面、统一管理,提高了工作效率与管理水平。

ABSTRACT
The project focuses on the designing and implementation of Human Resource Management System (HRMS). And this HRMS was built based on Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 dynamic technique. With the establishment of modern enterprise information system and high-speed development of society economy, thus the enhancement of the effective management and operation of enterprise human resou- rces has become an essential means to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
Researched the development of domestic and foreign on HRMS、workflow and Web technology, thus put forward a practically HRMS framework and Performance Appraisal arithmetic. This system includes eight modules: Departments register、 Personnel information、Training、Leave management、Payroll benefit、 Rewards and Punishment register、Message board、 System maintenance. The system made use of WEB server application program technology under B/S structure。
This system realize entire and integrate management of various work and related
information of personnel management .And it also can improve the working efficiency and management level.
