Abstract:Belt conveyor transmission capacity is one of the largest continuous transporting machine.Belt conveyor by a drive belt tension, the central structure and composition of conveyor roller and bearing components as traction, to continuous conveyor scattered and fragmentary pieces of material or as products. With the current rapid economic development, industrial development belt has become the indispensable tool of production.
This article is designed based on the traditional conveyor, coupled with permanent magnet and the adjustable speed drive roller to become a magnetic belt feeder frequency control.
This feeder's characteristic are: Can carry on the frequency conversion velocity modulation and the magnetic separation. There are two steps of designing the belt conveyor machinery. The first step is the preliminary design. The second step is the construction design, based primarily on the preliminary design selected roller, roll up, driven devices have completed the installation of the components of he design and layout drawings.
