Abstract
With the development of informationization and increasingly widespread of network nowadays, the enterprise website has been a window for propagandizing enterprise's image, which is also an effective link between the enterprise and their clients, and an important component of enterprise's informationization construction. However, the thorough investigation indicated that these main websites do not display their proper effect.
This article elaborates the concept of enterprise website, the significance and the functions, and analyzes present situation of development in Chinese enterprise website and the demand of visual optimization in enterprise website design. The foundation of an enterprise website visual optimization is homepage design. Therefore, the author has studied the concept, the connotation and the characteristics of homepage design in detail, and proposes the strategy of homepage visual optimization from the angle of homepage layout and esthetics, namely visual integral optimization, balance optimization, combinational optimization.
However, the homepage design and the enterprise website become an integration means that enterprise's cultural connotation should be indicated in the homepage design. This article has discussed some works of enterprise website and the enterprise culture perfectly combined and achieved the visual optimization both at abroad and home from this point of view. Furthermore, based on those works, I would like to introduce five other illustrations made by myself which are both meet the work flow of website design and achieved the standard of visual optimization.
The author figures out that the website design should be on behalf of the enterprise and profoundly understand the requirements of it to achieve the visual optimization. Meanwhile, an enterprise website satisfied by oneself, by enterprise and by consumers also needs designer to realize the demand of consumers, combine idea of design, use proper color, and do it by heart.
