Abstract
 
 With the needs of modern industrial development, the plastic becomes one of the main industrial structure materials. Plastic Injection Mould becomes an important processing equipment. This paper introduces the important process of the whole structural design, First, it introduces the development of Plastic Injection Mould, and also its development trend. It analysises the structural shape of the parts, and chose the Plastic Injection Machine. Then, it highlights the concrete design process of the mould. The content includes: the design of products, the design of the running system, the design of the exhaust system, the design of the degating system, the design of the lteral type and pulling mechanism, the design of the cooling system and the parts in the Plastic Injection Mould. At last, This paper summarizes the whole design process.

摘  要

 随着现代工业发展的需要，塑料成为现代主要的工业结构材料之一，注塑模是塑料成型加工的一种重要的工艺装备。在塑料制品的生产中，高质量的模具设计是成型优质塑件的重要条件。本文主要介绍了注塑模的总体结构设计过程，首先介绍了注塑成型工业的发展情况和注塑模的发展趋势，并对塑件的结构形状进行了分析和对注射机的选择，然后重点介绍了注塑模的具体设计过程，其内容包括：成型零部件的设计、浇注系统的设计、排溢引气系统的设计、脱模机构的设计、侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计、冷却系统的设计和注塑模中其它零部件的设计，本文的最后还对整个设计过程作了总结。
