The design of Cam Triming Piercing and Cam Piercing Complex Die of Extensiom water Tank Frame Panel
Abstract
Auto parts mold design and manufacturing is the automotive industry's most critical part is the longest occupation of part of car development cycle. Therefore, the reduction in vehicle body panel die design and manufacturing cycle for improving the development and design of the car has a very important practical significance.
The main graduation project is to the design of cam triming piercing and cam
piercing complex die of extensiom water tank frame panel. This paper first outlines the background and stamping die development, explains the importance of stamping die design and the significance of this, followed by parts of the water tank to extend the framework of the process analysis to determine the process plan, based on the choice of equipment for blanking punch force calculation process. Then this part of the punch and edge of the punch and die design, mechanical design and the wedge design of the main components and standard parts selection, mold design drawing based time data. Finally, this graduation design is summarized.
